Confirming your arrangements and our
Policy:
To confirm your meetings and special events at the Madison
Meeting Complex. An initial $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit
or (for smaller meetings 50%) deposit is required.
A Pre-estimate of your function will be provided 5
days prior to your function and is due 3 days prior
to your function. Your final guest guarantees are due
2 days prior to your function.
Conference Groups under 20 add an additional
$4.50 per person for each food and beverage selection.
In addition to the advance deposit, a credit card number
is
required to guarantee the booking.
Should there be any outstanding charges following your
event, The Madison
is authorized to charge the credit card.
Any food and beverage items must be ordered through
our Catering department.
The laws of Ontario will govern our liquor service
All Menu details are to be finalized 3 weeks prior
to your function
You must seek authorized approval for advance material
received on your behalf for your function, and that
you understand, that it is at your own liability and
risk for your
Property and items you have sent to us, and the Madison
assumes no risk whatsoever.
Cancellation Policy
All functions within 90 days of the event, will be charged
for
the full estimated balance, unless a replacement event of
equal value is able to secure the space. Events less than
the value of your booked event will apply on an individual
basis.
Hotel Blocks & Secure Room Arrangements
To confirm your hotel room arrangements, a credit card is
required. All large room blocks are
Guaranteed 30 days prior to your event. Should you require
cancel your arrangements, full charges
will apply unless the hotel is able to replace the room business.
A $1,500.00 deposit is required for room
blocks with 10 or more rooms, with more than 2 consecutive
days reserved for each room
Audio Visual Needs
All Audio Visual Requirements are supplied to the Madison
By Corpav. All Audio and Visual Needs required on a rental
basis must be supplied by Corpav and arranged for you by the
Madison
Electrical Power
All power requirements must go through Corpav, and receive
approval of the Madison.
Our Conference Space
Our unique conference space can host up to 60 guests
depending on the style and arrangements of your conference.
All arrangements are made to customize your conference through.
Our Special Events Manager. Call for a personal site inspection
and presentation. Our Conference Space is available at a Room
rental of $400.00 per day from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
The VIP Lounge
For special events and meetings for up to 20 guests
The VIP Lounge is available at a Room rental $200.00 per day
from 7:00 am to 6:00 p.m. and 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm***
All of the above are subject to availability and the appropriate
access to the public accordingly.
Our Madison Manor Hotel Hospitality
Suite
We take our finest Suite in the Hotel and convert it into
a
Hospitality Suite to host your hotel guests. A limited menu
is available for this room ask about the details. You are
currently able to bring in your own liquor for this room.
For groups up to 30 guests at a time.
Our Hotel Hospitality Suite
is available at a Hotel Room Rental of
$550.00 per day
