Our 23 rooms are situated throughout 4 floors of our beautifully restored Victorian Mansion. All of our rooms are comfortable and all have private ensuite bathrooms and other amenities as described in features. Some of our larger rooms also have fireplaces and or balconies.

The first digit of the room number indicates which floor the room is located. 1 for the lower level, 2 for the Main level and 3 & 4 for the two upper floors.

Note that there is no elevator.

Our room rates are quoted in Canadian currency for single or double occupancy and include a lovely continental breakfast. Rates vary according to the size, location and features of the room and season of the year.

Suites: Rooms 201,301, 401, 408, 307, 105

The Suites at the Madison, these 6 rooms are our most luxurious. Their special features: charming seating areas, fireplaces or balconies make these rooms special year round.

Room 201: The main area 15' X 20' and the study area 7' X 13', this is our largest suite. The main area has 2 large opening windows facing East onto Madison Avenue and a stained glass window on the north side. The room has a King bed and can be converted into 2 twin beds if desired. The seating area has four armchairs with side tables looking onto the gas fireplace. The study area is equipped with a bar fridge and sink and has 1 large opening window facing north. This is a super spot for morning coffee or checking your email.

Room 301: The main area is 15' X 16'.  The room has a King bed which can be converted into 2 twin beds if desired.  A gas fireplace with exposed brick over head adds extra warmth for those winter weekend visits. Two double opening windows face east and one small leaded glass window is on the north side.  The study area is 8' X 13' is equipped with bar fridge and sink. Table and chairs are placed along side of a window on the north side and the eastern wall of exposed brick.

Room 408: A large irregular sized room with the main area 14' X 17' and a hall area of 5' X 7'. This room has a gas fireplace and sliding patio doors open to its own private balcony situated on the south side overlooking the restaurant patio and busy (in the summer) outside bar. This is easily the most exciting room for people watching at the Madison. This room can be made up either as 2 Twin beds or 1 King bed.

Room 401: A large irregular sized room with vaulted ceilings over a King bed (which can also be made into 2 twins). The main area is 14'X 19' and the alcove 6'X 7'. The alcove also has an extra 30' wide bed allowing this room to accommodate a third person. Double French doors open out to it's own small balcony on the east side overlooking Madison Avenue. A very charming room.

Room 307: This room is large and spacious, 14 X 17. This bright room has 4 windows facing south and is very cozy in winter with it's gas fireplace. This room can either be made up as 2 twin beds or 1 King bed.

Room 105: This room is the smallest of our fireplace rooms, but the cosiest. On the ground floor of 16 Madison its features include some of the building's original stain glass windows and a cosy reading area by the fireplace, looking out onto Madison Avenue. This room has a Queen bed.

Deluxe Rooms: 104, 203, 302, 304, 405

Room 104: This is a large room with a King bed and large windows facing south. This room is unique in that it has it's own private entrance and is on street level. Next to the large opening window is a large desk, perfect for the business traveler who has to keep working.

Room 302: This room is 11' X 16' and has an arch shaped door leading out to its own small private balcony with a table & chairs, a great spot for morning coffee or just people watching. The room has an opening window facing south. This charming room has large leaded window in the bathroom. This room can be made up either as 2 twin beds or 1 King bed.

Room 405: This bright and airy room is 13' X 15' on the north side with a fixed skylight in its sloping ceiling. This room has a 4 piece bath with an opening window. This room can be made up either as 2 twins beds or 1 King bed.

Room 304: This room is 13' X 15' and has a King size bed. It has an opening window facing west and a small leaded glass window over the beds on the north side of the room. This room has a 4 piece bath and a seating area.

Superior: Rooms 202, 303, 402, 403, 404

These Queen Rooms at the Madison, are 5 cozy rooms, all similar in size ranging from 9' X 13' to 9' X 15' and all feature one Queen bed.

Room 202: Is a little smaller with a unique 3 piece bathroom with pedestal sink, opening windows and low sloping ceiling (5' 10"). (Not suitable for basketball players.) The main room has over 9' ceilings.

Room 303: Is a nice bright room with 3 windows on the south side and 1 window on the west.

Superior: Rooms 305, 306, 406, 407

These Twin Rooms at the Madison, are 4 charming rooms, all similar in size at 9' X 17' and all feature Twin beds that can be set as a King bed if desired. The perfect room for catching a sports game with a friend and an overnight stay.

These 4 rooms are all 9' X 17' and have 2 single beds in each. 305 and 406 both have a window facing north and one facing east. Rooms 306 and 407 are bright and cheerful with 3 double opening windows facing south and have extra large spacious washrooms.

Standard: Rooms 101, 102, 103

These lovely charming 3 rooms are on the lower level, 50% above grade.

Standard: Room 101

Room 101: This room is a mini suite with the main room 13'X 15' and the adjoining study area 9"X 12'". The study is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave and sink plus table and chairs. These rooms receive the sunlight from 2 east windows and 2 north windows. The sleeping area has twin beds and a comfortable seating area, which includes a love seat. This room also has a larger closet and is an excellent choice for guests staying more than a few days.

Room 103: On the north side this room is 11' X 12' with 2 windows facing north and 1 window facing west and has a King size bed.

Room 102: On the south side this room is 9' X 18' and has three small windows and two single beds.
