The Madison Manor Boutique Hotel is located at 20 Madison Avenue one block east of Spadina just north of Bloor Street.

We are steps to the Spadina Subway station which is the junction point for east-west and north-south subway lines as well as Spadina street car traveling to the convention centre, Sky dome, CN Tower, Union Station, Air Canada Centre, other downtown destinations and other Toronto Hotels.

The nearest major airport is Toronto (YYZ-Pearson) 18 miles, which is about 45 minutes by taxi approx ($35-40 Canadian).

Driving

• Driving from south or west: From 401 (or airport) exit 427 south to QEW follow QEW east into the city (highway becomes Gardner Expressway) exit at Spadina Ave. North on Spadina to Lowther (1 north of Bloor), right on Lowther then 1^st right on Madison. South (one way) to Madison Manor #20.
• Driving from east: on 401 exit south onto the Don Valley Parkway to Bloor Street. Follow Bloor street westbound to Spadina Rd., northbound to Lowther then 1^st right on Madison. South (one way) to Madison Manor.
• Parking is available in a public lot behind the hotel at a cost of $10-15 per day

Public Transit from Airport

• 192 Airport Rocket From Terminal 2 and 3 arrivals level to Kipling Subway Station.
• Service runs from 6:00am to 1:00am Mon-Sat and 9:00am to 1:00am Sunday.
• Buses run every 45 minutes and take 20 minutes to reach Kipling Station.
• From Kipling transfer to the eastbound train and get off at Spadina station 14 stops (approx 35 minutes) Cost one way $2.50 Cash fare per person.

Bus Service From Terminal 2

• From Terminal 2 to Lawrence West Station on the Spadina Subway line.
• Service runs from 5:00am to 1:00am seven days a week.
• Buses run every 8 to 16 minutes during rush hour and every 24- to 60 minutes at off peak times.
• Travel time to Lawrence west station approx 45 minutes the transfer to the subway and take the train southbound to Spadina station 5 stops (about 10 minutes).
• Cost one-way cash fare $2.50 per person.

Go Transit

• From Terminal 2 to Yorkdale subway station.
• Service runs every 60 minutes from 6:00am to 1:00am Monday to Saturday and 9:00am to 1:00am Sundays. Approx 30 minutes from airport to subway and then take the southbound subway to Spadina Station 6 stops approx 10 minutes.
• Cost one way cash fare Go $2.95 + Subway $2.50 per person

The Madison Manor is about 3 to 5 minute walk from the Spadina subway station. Just exit to the street towards the Spadina/Bloor exit. Walk a few steps south towards the traffic lights turn left at the Scotia Bank. Walk till the first street Madison Avenue then a few steps until you get to the check in office at 16 Madison.

The office is open until 11:00 pm. If you expect to arrive later please let us know in advance so the restaurant manager can be available to check you in.
