This villa consists of a 3500 square foot living area and 2500 square feet of private terraces for a total of 6000 square feet spread over 2 levels, overlooking the pool patio level (common area).

Sleeping areas consist of 3 master suites and a small main floor room with twin beds and garden view.

The main floor master has a king-size bed, jacuzzi & sink vanity in room, ensuite toilet, and terrace.

On the upper floor, one master suite has a "French King" that can be separated into twins, 6pc ensuite bath, including jacuzzi & bidet, and private balcony.

The other master suite has 2 double beds, a 6pc ensuite bathroom, including jacuzzi and bidet, and private balcony.

This level also has access to the back roof (common area) terrace with hot tub, bar, BBQ, & 2pc bathroom.

The living/dining room area (main level) is a large beamed room with 3 10x12' glass doors opening to wrap around patios and 2 large private terraces.

These terraces offer one of the most spectacular views of PV, the entire bay, downtown, the Sierra Madres mountains, and the Marriette Isles. The Villa's private terrace also has a large Palapa covered (thatched) wet bar with a fridge and a very large (13') BBQ with sink and prep area.

This is a charming 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with a large living/dining area and a big palapa-covered terrace with a spectacular view of the entire Bandaras Bay and the town.

Everything is new! Both bedrooms have "French Kings" that can be converted to twins. Tastefully decorated throughout.
